Please refer to our policy page for more details. Rescheduling arrangements must be made via WhatsApp (Business number +852 9860 6923). If the customer fails to collect the item as scheduled and does not complete the rescheduling process (pay the rescheduling fee, provide payment records, and have customer service staff confirm), the order will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be given.
