MPC’s Teddy-misu uses a two-toned coffee and vanilla bean basque cheesecake as base, which is then layered with fresh cream and handmade ladyfinger that is pre-soaked in a unique boozy coffee made with locally roasted beans and WEE Smoky Single Grain Scotch Whisky.

WEE Smoky — A single grain Scotch whisky known for it’s enjoyable coastal profile. You will be able to experience oyster shell notes, savoury qualities and most importantly, smoky flavour.
