Order & Delivery Info

Order Lead Time:

  • Retail Order: At least 3 days in advance for pick up in TST shop or delivery, our cut-off time is by 4pm. At least 4 days in advance for pick up in Airport shop, our cut-off time is by 4pm.
  • Party Bulk Order: At least 5 days in advance, our cut-off time is by 4pm.
  • Order placed after cut-off time can only be picked up earliest on the day following the next day.
  • Order placed within 2 days would require an urgent admin charge of $30 or above subject to the order size.
  • Order placed within 1 day would require an urgent admin charge of $60 or above subject to the order size.
  • Any changes of order products, pick-up date, delivery date or address may incur a surcharge of $30 or above, depends on the complexity of the change.
  • E.g. party order placed on Wednesday at 4pm can only be delivered / picked up earliest on the following Saturday afternoon

Self Pick-up:

  • Self pick-up is available at our Tsim Sha Tsui Shop / Airport Shop 
  • Available Pre-Order Pickup Timeslots for each locations as follow:-

  • Late pick-up or re-arrangement on pick up / delivery, including but not limited to change of date, time or address may incur additional fee.
 

Delivery Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday –  anytime between 1pm – 3pm / 3pm – 5pm.
  • Customers can indicate preferred timeslot but NO Guarantee on the delivery arrival time.
  • Delivery for bulk order would require pick up at lobby or building entrance instead of door-to-door.
  • Our driver will contact approx. 30 mins in advance for delivery that require pick up at lobby. In any event that our driver cannot reach to the customers, Miss Pisces Creations reserve all the rights to cancel the order without refund. Additional charge will incur for re-arrangement on delivery, including but not limited to change of date, time or address.

Delivery Charges:

  • Hong Kong Island: HKD $130
    (surcharge will apply for mid-levels / southern district away from MTR station & on holidays/weekends)
  • Kowloon: HKD $95
    (surcharge will apply for distant area from MTR station & on holidays/weekends)
  • New Territories: HKD $185
    (surcharge will apply for distant area from MTR station & on holidays/weekends)
  • Delivery is not applicable for outlying islands
  • Free delivery for single purchase above HKD $1,800
  • Any specific time delivery arrangement will be subject to an additional charge of $100 or above.

Bad Weather Arrangement:

  • When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above/”Extreme Conditions” or “Black” Rainstorm Warning is issued, all orders on delivery & self pick-up will be cancelled. Our Tsim Sha Tsui store will close within 2 hours after the extreme weather warning is effective.
  • There will be no refund but the delivery & self pick-up will automatically postpone by 1 day which is the following day of the original scheduled date (i.e. the next business day).
  • Change of pick-up date / delivery date further to the standard arrangement (i.e. abovementioned following day postponement) would require additional service charge of $30 with notice within 2 days and $60 with notice within 1 day, the require charges are subject to final agreement and order size.

Policies & Guarantees:

General Policy

The process of preparing for your event begins days in advance, and our schedule is in high demand. Please note that all orders are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order, regardless of the amount or the circumstances.

Cancellations and Postponements

If you cancel or postpone your order at least 7 business days in advance, we will gladly transfer your payment to a future order within 6 months, subject to an additional service charge. If a cancellation is insisted upon within this timeframe, we can refund 60% of your order, regardless of the circumstances, including Covid-related lockdowns.

Changes to Orders

Any changes to delivery or pick-up locations and dates will incur a service charge based on the complexity of the request, in addition to any applicable fees:

  • $30 or above subject to the order size for changes made within 2 days’ notice,
  • $60 or above subject to the order size for changes made within 1 day’s notice.

For same-day changes, we can only reserve the order’s credit for 6 months with a $60 fee or above subject to the order size. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the cake value will remain unchanged; if there is a shortfall in value, the customer is required to cover the difference.

Delivery Policy

If delivery is selected, we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery within the two suggested timeslot. Any specific time delivery will require a charge of $100 or above depends on the actual requirement. However, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including traffic or weather conditions.

Customer Responsibility

Once the cake is picked up, customers accept full responsibility for its transport. We do not provide refunds for any mishaps during transit. While we are happy to advise customers on the best way to transport their cakes, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to handle and transport the cake with care.

Order Specifications and Adjustments

We strive to decorate your order according to the specifications noted in your written order form. Adjustments can be made in advance for an additional charge if not stated in your original order.

Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any allergens or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
