由Urban Coffee Roasters、Miss Pisces Creations雙魚小姐聯乘的 季節限定咖啡店以”breathe.”正式開張。以breathe. 為主題的季節限定咖啡店，落位於上環永和街一幢別具一格的日式戰前建築眠社SLEEEP@EXP共享生活處所的地舖，為煩囂都市的人們打造一隅歇息呼吸的空間。

咖啡店內除了有Urban Coffee Roaster的本地豆烘咖啡，還有Miss Pisces Creations雙魚小姐的精品西點及烘焙麵包，特別為breathe. Pop-up推出的新品草莓天使蛋糕和季節限定的肉桂拿鐵。此外，還特意邀請了師承英國的花藝師The Flower Catalogue合作, 為小店悉心設計楓葉花藝裝置打卡位和可供售賣的秋系花束，希望進店的每一位客人能感受到生活的小確幸，日常的小驚喜。

小店還有一個互動小角落，玻璃瓶內擺放了各式各樣的抄寫小字條給客人隨意取讀留名，留給下一位到訪者一點小心意。在濃厚的秋日氣息裡，享受咖啡的飄香、烘烤的酥甜、溫柔的花卉，沉浸在滿滿的儀式感和慢活五感的體驗。

 

“breathe” a seasonal pop-up café jointly presented by Urban Coffee Roaster, Miss Pisces and The Flower Catalogue opens. With the theme of “breathe.”, the seasonally limited pop-up is located on the ground floor of a Japanese prehistoric building in Wing Wo Street, Sheung Wan, SLEEEP Shrine operated on a mission to advocate to create an urban oasis for people to breathe, recharge and treat themselves nicely.

Inside the coffee shop, in addition to the locally roasted coffee beans from Urban Coffee Roaster, freshly baked pastries and cakes from Miss Pisces Creations are served, who are also debuting their new Strawberry Angel Cake and seasonal Cinnamon Latte prêt-à-porter. The shop is decorated by The Flower Catalogue with autumnal imported foliage and frame. Also available are limited edition floral displays for sale, bringing the romance of a lifetime through their creations. A game corner is set up to offer heartfelt notes promoting self-love for visitors to draw & exchange, equipping visitors to look at the world through a lens of gratitude and appreciation, of themselves and of others, and to spread positivity within their communities. With autumn fast approaching, we hope visitors would enjoy the sight of our floral displays; the fragrance of our coffee aroma; the taste of our freshly baked pastries; the sound of our playlists, and fully immerse themselves in our artisan sensual sanctuary.
