Our offline stores at Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui will have a limited amount of stock available for purchase with selected days of the week with sales starting at 1 PM. If the customer fails to collect the item as scheduled and does not complete the rescheduling process (pay the rescheduling fee, provide payment records, and have customer service staff confirm), the order will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be given.
