Order & Delivery Info
Order Lead Time:
- Retail Order: at least 2 days in advance, our cut-off time is by 4pm.
- Party Bulk Order: at least 3 days in advance, our cut-off time is by 4pm.
- Order placed after cut-off time can only be picked up earliest on the day following the next day.
- E.g. party order placed on Wednesday at 4pm can only be delivered / picked up earliest on the following Saturday afternoon
Self Pick-up:
- Self pick-up is available at our Kowloon Bay workshop from Monday to Friday (1-6pm), Saturday & Sunday (1-5pm) except days announced closing / holidays with special arrangement.
- Address: Unit 704, 7th floor, Yuen Fat Industrial Building, 25 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay 九龍灣宏照道25號源發工業大廈7樓4室 (MTR Exit A)
- Access from Wang Tai Road carpark entrance on Sunday / public holidays. 星期日/假日可從宏泰道停車場入口進入
- Late pick-up or re-arrangement on pick up with less than 2 days notice may incur additional fee.
Delivery Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday – anytime between 1pm – 3pm / 3pm – 5pm.
- Customers can indicate preferred timeslot but NO Guarantee on the delivery arrival time.
- Delivery for bulk order would require pick up at lobby or building entrance instead of door-to-door.
- Our driver will contact approx. 30 mins in advance for delivery that require pick up at lobby. In any event that our driver cannot reach to the customers, Miss Pisces Creations reserve all the rights to cancel the order without refund. Additional charge will incur for re-arrangement on delivery.
Delivery Charges:
- Hong Kong Island: HKD 75
(surcharge will apply for mid-levels / southern district away from MTR station & on holidays/weekends) - Kowloon: HKD 65
(surcharge will apply for distant area from MTR station & on holidays/weekends) - New Territories: HKD 115
(surcharge will apply for distant area from MTR station & on holidays/weekends) - Delivery is not applicable for outlying islands

Policies & Guarantees:
The process of preparing for your party starts days in advance and our schedule is in high demand.Please note that all orders are non refundable. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order no matter the amount, or regardless of the situation.
If cancelled or postponed at least 7 business days in advance, we will happily transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 6 months from that date. Otherwise, we could only refund 60% of your order if a cancellation is insisted, regardless of the circumstances (including a Covid related lockdown).
Once picked up, customers accept all responsibility for the transport of any product to their location. We will not give refunds if there is a mishap during transit. We are happy to advise all our customers as to the best way to transport their cakes should they ask for it, but it is the customer’s responsibility to exercise extreme care when moving and transporting their cake.
We do all that we can to make sure that your order is decorated to the specification on your written order form. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments can be made for an additional charge if it was not stated on your original order.
