Please pick up the gift boxes on the selected day to ensure freshness of the pastries. Free rescheduling must be arranged at least 5 days before the pickup date (cut-off time is 16:00; requests after 16:00 will be processed on the following day) via WhatsApp (Business number +852 9860 6923). Each order is eligible for a maximum of one free rescheduling.

• Please note that if the duration between the booking date and pickup date is less than 5 days, free rescheduling will not be applicable.

Once the order has been paid and confirmed, an extra service fee ($30 or above, depending on the complexity of the change) will be applied to any changes, except for the one-time free rescheduling made 5 days in advance. Please refer to our policy page for more details.

If the customer fails to collect the item as scheduled and does not complete the rescheduling process (pay the rescheduling fee, provide payment records, and have customer service staff confirm), the order will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be given.
